Retainer
Roll pass design has slowly been dying away and moving towards mill providers. With a retainer, you can have someone with your best interests in mind and available to help answer questions, aid in minor projects such as pass modifications, setup sheets, or even speed calculations. Progress reports will be sent monthly so you can see the value.
- 12 month – 1-YR Roll Pass Support (up to 40 hours)
The scope of this service being R&D and improving your production efficiency/quality you should be able to use this as a tax write off in regards to becoming Carbon Neutral status.
Note: (40 hrs denotes physical work applied. Calls or email support do not count against your 4o hrs. Should you exceed your 40 hrs, a discount will be applied towards Roll Pass Services if purchased inside your subscription timeframe.)
